Cigar #55 - Post Christmas Season 2017/2018
I did NOT make my cigar goal of 55 cigars for 2017 within the calendar year. However, my first cigar of 2017 was on January 18 and I did light up a cigar on January 13 of 2018 so I DID make the goal of 55 cigars in just under a year's time. Not bad. Should I go for for more or less is 2018? Could probably handle 60 this year. That comes out to 5 per month which seems pretty reasonable.
Other goals for the year include listening to more of The Killers and cleaning up some of the clutter that's accumulated in our house over 20 years of being here. Dale and I are going to see The Killers at the Xcel this Wednesday and I've made some headway over Christmas break getting rid of a bunch of shit in the office so I'm off to a decent start.

Holiday Season 2017 - Warren and Gary
Warren and Gary recently had us over for a post-Christmas gathering. I, of course, had a martini. Warren's signature rum concoction is pictured next to it.
He made a turkey meat loaf and of course the portions were HUGE. Tasty, though... We watched the Judy Garland episode of the E! True Hollywood Story.
Cigar #54 - Christmas Season Cigar 2017
Friday, December 29, 2017
My first cigar after Christmas but before Epiphany is my Xmas cigar. I lit up with my friend Steve at Stogies on Grand over in Saint Paul. Although we've been in contact regularly I've only seen him only once prior during the past year. We discussed lots of family changes. Stogies on Grand is a great place to people watch.
Steve was in Saint Louis recently and picked up a bunch of cigars for me.
