Last night's cocktail music was Bachelor Pad Royale from the Ultra-Lounge series. The Theme From "Our Man Flint" by Elliott Fisher really stood out to me for some reason. It has a fun space age-y vibe to it.

Warren had his regular libation: rum with club soda and Rose's lime juice. Sadly I didn't have any real limes on hand for a garnish.

Cocktail Hour - Friday October 19, 2013: Warren and Gary

Warren and Gary came over for drinks and dinner last night. Gary and I had Tanqueray martinis. Mine was very dry, of course. Gary's? Not so dry. He likes a bit more vermouth than I do. Dale had wine.

Apple Pie Cream Liqueur

For the last couple years I've picked up some Fulton's Harvest Pumpkin Pie Cream Liqueur. I quite like it. Was at the liquor store yesterday and grabbed some off the shelf only to find after it was wrung up that it was apple pie flavored instead. Decided to give it a try and am glad I did. I quite liked it, as well.

Dale and I made a chicken pot pie for dinner and had pumpkin ice cream for dessert. I, of course, had a Bombay Sapphire martini for cocktail hour. Music for cocktail hour was Cugi's Cocktails by Xavier Cugat.
